Yes. Dash Connect connects to SOE Exact in a strictly read-only manner. It only reads the reporting data Dental Dash needs and never writes back to or modifies your Exact database. All data is transmitted securely with enterprise-grade encryption.

A Windows PC or server running SOE Exact, with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server 2016 or later, and an internet connection. The installer is around 4 MB.

Yes. Run the installer with administrator privileges on the practice server so it can set up the secure connection to SOE Exact.

To update, simply download and run the latest installer from this page over your existing version. To remove it, uninstall "Dash Connect for Exact" from Windows Settings under Apps & features.
