EU Data Residency

Introduction

Dental Dash offers EU data residency to ensure that customer data originating from the European Economic Area (EEA) is stored and processed within the EU.

Data Storage Location

Customer data for EU-based accounts is stored in data centres located within the European Union. This includes:

• Practice analytics data
• User account information
• Application logs and metadata

Infrastructure

Our EU infrastructure is hosted on cloud providers that maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, with data centres located in the EU.

Data Processing

All primary data processing for EU-resident customers occurs within EU-based infrastructure. Where limited processing outside the EU is necessary (e.g., global support operations), appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
